He decided to pussy out ala Johny Jackson.

joj has squatted 830 and deadlifted 814 in a competition, weighing 230, three and a half weeks out of the 2001 nationals which he won. if he wants to tone down the weights he uses, i'd say he's earned it.

are weaker than those of the past?

Say a Dennis James vs Bertil Fox?

After seeing Coleman's videos and the wts he hoisted in them, I gotta say nobody comes close.
Franco was pretty good pound for pound however.
