Hes got the monster size- bot coming in good enough conditions is just a lack of dedication man..Look at the top pros like Cutler..coming in Razor Sharp all the time.. you see it in his videos, hes so dedicated to dieting...that contest dieting, thats what makes a pro or Breaks them.. coming in that great shape..

im the first to admit i was wrong about his condition,he wasnt prepared enough for this contest,hes young enough though were he can make the proper adjustments imo.im still a huge fan of alex though cause hes a great guy regardless of his bad placing at the ny pro,he will be back better im sure

One thing I will give him is that he is on 26-27 years old so he does have time to figure his diet, physique, and so on.  But Big Ron has been proved right when he said this guy is no one to worry about. For now at least.  Get him off his home turf and he just cant compete with american bodybuilders.  Thats why a lot these guys the PDI are talking about recruiting never leave Europe.

I had a great time at the show on Saturday.  Even though Alex didn't place, he was still a professional all the way.  Standing in the lobby after the show with the audience pouring out, he took photo after photo with fans.
He was disappointed with the show but is still a class act.

Alex Federov is still young and hungry, once he gets the right training guru and stops puttin on exhibition for Mo-lested and the homo crew , he will come in amazing shape... We can not expect anything form Alex till the Pec heals and matches the rest of his body, its a damn shame cause that dude has serious wheels on him

I think the Pec tear really took it's toal on him, Look at his lats as well, each one is disportionate to each other.

Some can come back from a Pec Tear; Levrone and others need to just hang it up. Maybe he should take a year off, work on really strengthening the pec area and come back new and improved.
