not only do you hafta worry about dehydration issues...but also muscle cramping, spasms, heat exhaustion (BIG PROBLEM ALONG WITH STROKE) and other complications...not really smart even fi you're in top shape...
because youre sodium/potassium balance is WAY off...there could be major issues involved with this...for those that don't have any medical back ground i'm not gonna go into it..but those that do know what i'm talking about.
