U always want to stay in the 25 rep range rest maybe 30 sec-1min max then do it again. do about 10-15 sets, do this not just with soulders but with all lifts. U aim to bring up ur muscle endurance since after a round or 2 ur power and speed will drop, which is what ur trying to counter. Like in BB u dont really want to be selective with body parts u need them all! The last note is u need to know technique and build up reflexsive resposes by preforming drills with each move till u dont even have to think about it (ie when ur throwing a hook at the chin ur hand gose there automatic) U want ur conscious to decide which move to use but u want ur Subconscious mind to carry out the move. All the stregth size and ect.. wont mean jack if u arnt on it with ur moves.
