SUGAR ALCOHOL/BLOAT

Does sf gum, sf products, splenda, cause gastro bloat or do you actually witness it in the facial/stomach area?  I'm not looking for scientific research but more experience than anything else.

Only in mass quantities would that occur, but it would be individual specific and would not blurr muscle definition.  The term "bloat" gets thrown around too much and has lost meaning.  Bloat in this case would be intestinal gas build up in the intestines.  Nothing muscular.

and then it goes away....right?  Something dandilion root or a dieretic wouldnt help because it's a differnt type of bloat huh?  Anyone else severly addicted to sugar alcohols?  I mean large quantiities...15+ splendas, 1-2 packs of gum, sf syrups, etc??
