Dave, Looking shredded as usual. I can't believe your eatting 4000 cal. 4000 cals... I eat that in the off season. This is why, you will last longer in sport than I will. Dude, i rewrote my diet yesterday, 7/9/06 to try to pull the remaining pounds off guess what my caloirie count was. Lets, put this way you probally eat more in two meals than I eat all day.
