any thoughts? how about when cutting? obviously i would buy the low sodium though...on that note, sodium in general....what do you think about it when cutting?

Why not just a handful of almonds? If you have to have sunflower seeds i say go ahead...have a few, unless your getting ready to go on stage in a few days or something.

Good question I think it would be a good idea to get the salted unpeeledkind and get a handful to crave hunger since it has salt,and takes time to eat it would distract hunger,and your wanting keep your cals low still sodium is no draw back unless your days away, plus a handful would only be about 50 or so.

You can always get the raw unsalted version, good source of monounsaturated fats.

Good source of fat (omega 6)  Just don't have too much.
