met Farah at the Jr Usa's in April....nicest guy, talked with me for a bit...I am from Ithaca and thats near his hometown, gave me his card and all, he was working with Chad that won the overall

There are a handfull of professions where phone use is so constant and necessary that it makes some amount of sense to walk around with one of those things attached to your ear, but "professional bodybuilder" isn't one of them.

(and even those people would take the fuccking thing off to do an on-camera interview!  ::))
