Or Richard Simmon's Sweatin' to the Oldies? Maybe you're right. Maybe this guy's motivation isn't training in the gym, but training at home with these videos.  :D

I know the feeling. I almost didn't make it today, but it's my fourth day back after a short layoff and I didn't want to start a domino effect. Usually the time when I least want to be in the gym is after a workout and I feel like shit, unless it's a good workout, but usually never is. Just gotta keep plugging it out and trying to improve.
