Vascularity like that looks like result of some genetic disorder or cardiovascular disease...

An interesting point is that bodybuilders who are vascular like that (to that extreme) often are lacking in visible striations.

It seems like excessive vein growth, ie the veins grew too long so then started to twist back on itself. Also veins like this seem unsusually thick in most cases. Refer Gunters leg veins near his knee (they apparently were removed recently). Almost like varicose veins.

He is "regular" vascular bber. But,he has strange veins on his left pec which reminds me of Paul dillett.

that dude is super lean. but the juice has caused his veins to GROW thick like that. and maybe GH had something to with the viens growing. regardless this dude looks like he takes ALOT of juice, im actually not quite as lean by my viens are probably 1/8th of this guys viens

I don't think it's because he juices a lot, I have had friends that have juiced just one compound and ended up with pretty crazy veins they never knew they had.

Actually Curtis is the most vascualr person I ever met in person.  He was ridiculous.

I remember former Mr. America Clint Bayerly (sp) that used to train at Bill Pearls, he used to blood load before shows to help bring out his vascularity, those guys remind me that same thing!
