Thing is, we live in Cali... anything goes with these private schools.  The day I visited the campus 5 boys had to pick up trash the whole day.  I felt so sorry for them.  The teacher was really intimidating them and embarassing them.  It is just too rigid - one of those really fundamentalist right wing schools.  My poor kid ate lunch all by himself all week.
Bottom line... my kid doesn't want to leave all of his friends.  Class size is 32 kids... he is only use to 13.  Just stinks to yank a kid out of his school... unless he moves. 

Nothing wrong with rules, and having them enforced, in school IMO. Sounds great.

Rubbish like Intelligent Design and shit have no place in School though.

It would be nice if private religious schools would leave preaching out of the schoolbook.

After all, we live in a secular, enlightened society. Unlike the religious states of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Iran.
