Ultimate Fighter "The Comeback" was quite a pleasant surprise last night.  Elbows to the head resulting in geysers of blood all over the ring.  At one point the bloody fighter holding his head wound in an effort to prevent blood from spewing out w/ his right hand while throwing elbows w/ his left....retaining his composure throughout.  I had to give it to this kid....big heart.  Not the best fight in the world in terms of technique but a gutsy fight w/ hard hits in both directions.

that was a bad ass fight...

and a bad ass gash...i've never seen blood flow like that! i kept thinking the fight would be stopped...but any kind of scalp injury results in tons of blood with little or no pain..it's just the vascular makeup of your top knot! *shrug*


the kid did very very well.  I was very impressed.

Haha yeah that was crazy bloodiest ive ever seen... guy enters as a blonde, leaves as a redhead 

I thought he won both 2 rounds though, no need for a third in my book...

gideon just isn't aggressive and quick in the head as he needs to be to keep up with the current ufc fighters..

When Gideon threw that elbow, my first thoughts was this is gonna be like the Leben vs. Kenflo fight.  Edwin did an awesome job of staying composed, that fight guaranteed him at least one more fight with the UFC.  I don't see him fighting anymore for tuf4 due to stitches but Dana was impressed and I'm sure he'll give Bam Bam another shot!
