Or do you get luxurious and sometimes use two?  Go on, live a little, use a few (or as much as you need). 
Or try using baby wipes, they are nice.

No point living in London - the houses are way overpriced. I heard that £1,000,000 will buy you a one bedroom flat in central London but £1,000,000 will buy you a six-bedroom detached house (with land) in the North-East of England. I know what I'd prefer.
