Anyone ever work out at Lifestyle's in Winsdor, Ontairio?

If anyone here can, or does regularly, you are some of the luckiest people on here. I was there this weekend and it blew my mind. Bar none the nicest gym I have ever been in and in my opinion, would be a reason to consider moving to Windsor if the chance ever came up. Furthermore, if anyone is planning a trip to Windsor, GO THERE, it is a little pricey, but, in my opinion, a real class A place.

Honestly, I wondered about the name too, but, I went anyways cause I had just been shopping with the gf and was ready to snap. It was absolutely the nicest gym I have ever been in. Now, maybe it might be because my gym up where I am is a piece of garbage, but, I have never seen so much nice, new, working equipment in my life. Really high ceilings, and an area for the bigger movements away from all the other stuff. I am truly envious of those that can go to this place or any like it.

But you are correct, the name has a brokeback kinda ring to it

I didn't go into the casino, and I don't drink  so I can't answer any questions about that. But the Tunnel BBQ was great and the gym itself was on the corner of Dougall and Cabana I think. You need photo I.D. even for a day pass, but, it was worth going, and if I ever go to Windsor again I am going there again. I didn't realize how stale my training had been getting until I got there. I was excited to be lifting again if that doesn't sound too strange.

Place blew me away....insanely huge....like 3 of everything.

Only shitty thing was those retarded rubber dumbells which are like 10X the normal size of steel.

Yeah but the big dumbells can make you feel like a BEAST no? Mind you your post gives me hope that I don't have ro drive 9 hours for a decent gym. Only 4

Yeah i have been to that gym,pretty good,but hardly no parking1 YOU went to the wrong one though,there is another LIFESTYLES gym on central ave..I have been to proabably over 100's of gyms in 22 years of training all around north america and the one on central is the best gym i have ever seen in my life,still hard core to,it's formerly Gold's and central fitness-it's freakin huge,it's the size of a hockey rink with all the cardio on an open second floor over looking the entire gym,lots of parking to and lots of g-string women too.This place has it all,4-5 of everything.The one on Cabana doesn't even come close.Go check this one out,you'll thank me later-and that goes out to anybody that is going to Windsor or Detroit-this place is a must to see!!!

Thanks man, actually, I think I was at this one you are talking about. It sounds identical and there was plenty of parking. I bet I got the street names wrong. I will check it out regardless though the next time I am there.
