does anyone have experience with Cardillo belt sizing?

I'm currently on a cut, waist now at 32" still a long ways to go...waist will be 30" or under when it's all done. Therefore, I would get a small belt (they say center hole is 33"). However, when bulking back up I still want to be able to use the belt. Does anyone know the range of waist sizes these belts will accomodate? Would a medium be able to work with a 30" waist. Thanks!

I don't think that a piece of string tied around your mid section where men can stuff singles counts as a weight lifting belt.
