The problem is the laws they have broken in the US. Being a Canadian company means nothing then. And don't get non-profit mixed up with a company that makes no money. Everything Benny and Joey does is IFBB related. Which means everything they do is paid for. Plus a nice salary. More than likely he bought those initials. A good contribution will get you allot.
Actually this is not just an just American issue. The IFBB is technically restricting everybody from competing in a non IFBB event world wide. That alone might be enough that the papers may have to be filed in the Country of Origin of the IFBB. Canadian corporate laws vary greatly from US, you can't use your knowledge of the American court system for this, chances are it won't apply.
Whether he bought and paid for the awards at this stage is irrelevant. They will carry a lot of value in a Canadian Court. Lee on the other hand is a steroid abuser and a proven contract breaker (Liar if you wish to put it bluntly). Not the best person to be launching a suit.
I don't give him much hope of a success.
