Historically, polling stations in poor, high-minority areas have way longer lines and many more problems.
At the very least, it means that less resources are allocated to these areas to match the higher population density. At the most, it means that some people in power hope that by inconveniencing voters, they will be less likely to stay and vote.
I'd love to be proven wrong. Someone dig up ten pics of people waiting in long lines for 2 to 3 hours to vote. In 9/10 of these pics (if not 10/10), the people in lines will not be white. Sad but true. Minorities vote dem in overwhelming margins, and high minority voting stations have the most problems. And it will be this way until the dems learn to cheat too.
