How many people use a 5-day split?
Like:
Monday -Chest
Tuesday - back
wednesday - legs
-thursday - shoulders
friday- arms
Sat & Sun - off
Is this pushing my body too hard. Would a 4 day split, help me more? And for a 4 day split, how does this sound
