Don't waste your breath on this guy. He goes around telling people that their claimed lifts are "BULLSHIT" and gets off on putting people down. When he said that about my lat routine I called him on it, offered proof, and then he disappeared into the night. A day or so later he was doing it to someone who posted about his 350lb bench. If you look at his posting history, most of his 3000 posts are to the effect of "Dang, Arnold's arms are sure huge." He's obviously someone with a severe inferiority complex and is not to be taken seriously (as if his post on this topic is not proof enough!)
