Frank currently does not look like that meditation picture.

He's softer & has more of a stomach with a lot more wrinkles

That is incorrect . . . Frank recently hit a peak, is 64 and looks fantastic. There is a pic here on IronAge.

Beef....when was the last time YOU have seen him in person?

Your talking to a person that lives & is around the same community as Frank.  In person....he looks NOTHING like that.

It's been sometime. . . Frank gets into shape once per year and he has recently done so. I am sure that a week or so after he hits peak he looks like a trim 64 yr old man. However that does not mean he did not lok good on the day the photo was shot. I tried to post the pic from IronAge, but I get " incorrect file extention."

Knny, are you saying you see Frank in and about the community? How often?

To me, it's not so much Jay, he's a great bodybuilder, but the state of bodybuilding as a whole. The Zane era bodybuilders looked like athletes who could make it up a few flights of stairs, as opposed to the bloated, genetic mutations we see onstage today.
