 This is the first creatine product i have bought in the past few years that seems to work. its easy to take, just eight tablets in the morning on an empty stomach. i take it with some aminos and have been getting good results from it.

Orange flavor tastes good.... Expensive though and not many servings per container.

nah but it's a lot of tablets. compare that to a few grams of creatine, just a small spoon
