I'll drink to that.


I first heard of this with marathoners who are new to the sport.  They hear from all the real runners they should drink a lot.  The new marathoners "run" their 13 minute miles stopping to drink every mile.  A couple died and it was traced to the massive water drinking they did prior to the race and during.
