Hey ladies,
My wife suffers from IBS (irratable bowel syndrom), and a sluggish stomach. She has always been in great shape untill about 2 years ago when she developed IBS. Pretty much everything bloats her stomach or constipates her. She keeps wanting to do all these crash diets and ends up failing because they are rediculous and really low calorie. She is getting frusterated because she works out HARD and then her deit messes everything up.
What kind of diets would you all suggest? I keep telling her to try and focus on calorie intake and over all healthy meals. She mostly cant eat any carbs(i.e., breads, pasta, oatmeal, etc or she gets extremly bloated) She will go from a flat stomach to looking 4 months pregnant. Any help would be appreciated.
