Max Muscle / Gold's Venice
« on: February 13, 2007, 04:39:15 PM »
Stopped by the store yesterday (I'm from the east coast) and had the chance to meet Dave.  Cool store - I recommend it if you're in the area.  Dave - it was good talking to you.  Thank you so much for all the advice you gave me and Mark.  I'll let you know how the supplement I bought works out.  Of course I got my workout in at Gold's.  What a great atmosphere to work out in.  Met Mike O'Hearn - that guy couldn't have been nicer.  Strong as a bull too (one arm shoulder presses with the 140's).  Great experience - now I'm back in the snow/sleet  :'(.

Good for you man :)
At least you did it once and went to the mecca.... something that is hardly achievable for me ATM.

So that's what they call semen blasts in the mouth now, "supplement"?  Huh, you learn something new every day.

If you were hardcore, you'd have properly referred to it as "Jay Cutler's Max Muscle".

Mike O'hearn is the nicest guy.  I saw him there everymornig when I lived there.  The guy can go hours on that treadmill too.  Always wear sweatshirts, and he looks better than 90% of the people there.

1. I never claimed to be "hardcore"
2. I think it's cool that we have someone like Dave to keep us up to date on Jay Cuts

Yeah I couldn't believe how nice he was - no ego at all.  Went out of his way to ask me where I was from and what I was doing in Cali.  And he was on the treadmill for about an hour - sweatshirt and all.  His wife was cool too.

Nice return of serve.  :)

It was meant as a sarcastic commentary on Cutler's commercialism. Nothing personal.

Vida is a typical Latina.  Once the makeup is off its all downhill.  When she's made up, WOWZAH!!!  Thigns turn around quite nicely.

Is he with that pretty girl still that was in WWE?  Its been a while, I think he might have a new wife.
