L-Tyrosine blocks noradrenalin, so any fatburner stack that works through thermogenesis and adrenalin reaction will be more effective at lower doses if you add L-Tyrosine, because it blocks the stuff that destroys adrenalin.
L-Tyrosine uses the same transporters as BCAA, so it is good to supplement, especially if you're cutting.
