Have you tried any of their line yet?
Their Refuel looks interesting.
Right now I typically mix about 12g of micronized L-Glutamine with gatorade and start drinking that after the last set of my first exercise.
Or, if I know I won't have food imediately PWO, I'll throw the glut in a protein shake with some honey for simple carbs and drink that at the end of the WO.
Think I can use Refuel the same way?
