Gunman identified as Cho Seung-hui, a 23-year-old English major from South Korea
Cho called a loner by university official
Reasonable to assume Cho was shooter in both dorm and classroom, police say

So I am guessing it's going to be found he had a weapon that he bought outside of the law? Suprise.

he bought at least one legally, from reports today.  caught because of a receipt of a gun he bought 3 weeks ago.

Permanent residents like this can, with additional paperwork.

I want to know where campus security AND the cops were during this spree. Obviously not in the building.

i hope the reasons why come out.
they have said that the girl who was shot and killed in the dorm was his girlfriend( maybe ex)...but why the hell would he then go and kill 30 more people in an engineering building when he wasnt even an engineering student?
