In BB'ing, as long as you have the basic thick muscle development, diet is everything. All that extra cardio, flys, etc just mean more wasted hours of training time, if the diet is not well thought out. Lower the carbs down to the 100 grams a day level and see what happens.Try not to over think the problem, it's really simple. Lots of other ways to lose fat and still hold onto muscle size.
