Kevin will need to qualify, but the best we will see Kevin is at a booth. Incidently, Kevin will be in another movie very soon!

When Ferigno came out of retirement (early 90's) he did not have to qualify.  Weider just let him compete.

actually, levrone did not qualify for the ?98 mr. O.  He just walked up and entered.

he will not compete, he is BSing all of you clowns

if he did, he would get a 'quest pass.'
