Current diet:

7:00 am 20 grams of ON whey

7:30 am 8 egg whites
banana
shake (20 grams of egg protein, metamucil and teaspoon of olive oil) 3 slices ezkiel bread
1/3 cup of oats

10:00 am 1/3 pound of turkey on ezkiel bread with a teaspoon of olive oil

12:30 pm Sirloin burger with a baked potato or chicken and a cup of brown rice

3:00 pm chicken breast with 1.5 cups of brown rice

4:00 pm (pre workout) apple and 20 grams of whey

6:00 pm (post workout) 50 grams dextrose, 20 grams malodex and 40 grams of on whey and bcaas (start sipping the shake half way through my workout)

6:45 pm Chicken breast and 2 sweet potatoes

9:00 pm 8 egg whites, 3 strips of turkey bacon and a whole wheat tortilla (3 net carbs)

11:00 pm 20 grams of casinate protein and teaspoon of olive oil

My question is should I change my 2nd to last meal to a protein and fats meal instead of the tortilla. I also know i need more veggies but i don't like any of them so i try to take metamucil and I take a good multi-vitamin.

For at least one of the meals w/the egg whites, make it 5 egg whites w/2 yolks.  Unless you are cutting, there are more benefits to including some yolk (and even when cutting I would use yolks).

I would also ditch the apple and go with some sort of berries, maybe 1/2 - 1 cup of the frozen variety pack you can get at the supermarket.  An apple is almost worthless antioxidant-wise compared to them and they have about twice as much fiber (they work very well in shakes if you have a blender too).  Actually, I would combine the frozen berries with the oats and cook them up together.  Move the banana to the slot where the apple is.

You won't need the bcaa's with the pwo shake; ON whey has got that all covered.

Don't ditch the WW tortilla; the carbs in it are probably negligible and those things are usually very good sources of fiber.

For your last meal, you could stir-fry some mixed veggies in that olive oil and kill two birds with one stone.

If you eat like this or even the way you originally posted, you probably don't even need the multivitamin and you definitely don't need the metamucil.  Oats, brown rice, banana, sweet potatoes, that bread...that's enough fiber without the metamucil.
