Hammerstrength Squat Lunge

Anyone ever used this?

I'm thinking of giving it a try for Shrugs. Don't know about the rest it's for (Squats, Lunges, Deadlift)

I thought that was for shrugs?  Isn't there supposed to be a seat?

I don't see how you can deadlift on there judging by the arc the handles would create.  Lunging would be good though.

I've used it for schrugs a couple times (worked ok). I tried it once or twice for squats & lunges but it was too weird to use on a regular basis.

We have this same machine at my gym except it has a seat. I couldn't see doing dead's on that contraption, but it looks like it would be good for lunges

That machine as well as the seated shrug hammer Strength machine are both at the gym i go to.  I've seen people use the machine you have pictured for a deadlift movement and for lunges as well.

Some machines are great then you have something that looks totally unnecessary like this.

I know this is your 40 somethingth post and all but please try to come up with some original thought.  That's why this board gets no traffic, few people actually read previous posts and then either debate or elaborate on them.
