I have recently lost a bunch of fat and am running at approx 12%bf. I am trying to get to 10% but dont want to give up too much size is this possible? I lift split groups
chest-monday
back/bi-Tuesday
Legs- Wed
Shoulders/ Trice- Thurs
All pyramid sets 10-12, then 8-10, then 4-8 reps
and then I usually do 20 min of cardio twice a week (or one really long hike 6-10 miles)
I go home in three weeks and want to run as lean as possible should I cut carbs completely or keep them the way I do only eating them before noon? Calorie intake is approx 2200-2700 a day (increase or decrease?) and I also eat 150-225 gr of protein a day. I need help soon! Thanks in advance
