Interesting, IMO. He carried a LOT of mass and competed with the heavyweights, yet no or very little gut.

He looked awesome IMO (no gay).

Didnt Flex and Kevin used to race over to the same guys house who got the Escilene shipment , bot would try to buy as much as they can before a show or something ?? Gh15 i think this is his 'gem' of a story.

He didn't carry around insane mass year round and stuff himself full of food thats why. He only prepped a couple months before a show, had he stayed on year round and stuffed himself I am sure it would have happened.

by the end he had a small gut... i think it helped that he only trained for 6 months a year
