Hedgehog was correct
« on: September 24, 2007, 01:33:45 PM »
Fox News appears to be backing Hilary for office in 2008.

She went on Chris Wallace Fox Sunday Morning yesterday.  The two laughed their way through this softball interview.  You'd think that Wallace would have torn up Clinton.  Remember how rough Wallace was on Bill Clinton?  Hell, they were WAY tougher on her on Meet the Press - a "lib" NBC show.

These two looked like best friends.  And today, what happens?  Repub congressman Evan Buye (sp?) comes out and supports Clinton's bid for President.  Yes, a repub who once planned on running in 08, comes out to hold a press conference to endorce Hilary.  Before she's even won the nomination.

Hedgehog predicted that since Murdoch and Hilary were weekly dinnermates, among other reasons, he (and fox network) would support Hilary.  He looks to be correct so far.

Thx.

It's a shame though.

Not something to celebrate.

IMO, Clinton will be marketed as the only "moderate" Democrat, the only one from the Democrats who a Republican swing voter (I-One eg) could consider voting for.

It's a very impressive campaign, but there is very little political will and a whole lot of political positioning with Hillary Clinton.

She's a political opportunist.

She's a political opportunist.

All politicians are according to Holland's personality types, Hillary is Enterprising, Obama is both in between Enterprising but holds Investigative and Convential qualities, corporate America already hired in house psychologists to find these characteristics out.

I agree she is the "moderate" vote..or at least that is what we are being told

Evan Bayh is a moderate republican from the midwest.

many are thinking he wants to be hilary's running mate.

He is further left on the war than even she is.

Would a Hilary/moderate repub ticket be unstoppable?

Hillary is a bit of like a snake..

If we were talking Harry Potter and Hogwarts houses, Hillary would be sorted into slytherin.

or ravenclaw... She does seem to know quite a bit.

Ben and I would be Gryffindors.
