cheat meal timing??
« on: October 05, 2007, 07:35:35 PM »
So Im a few weeks into a cutting phase.  Im using one cheat meal per week for now.  Just out of curiosity would there be any benefits/drawbacks to timing a cheat meal shortly after a cardio or lifting session? Ive never used cheat meals before so I wasnt sure if timing is very important...whether it it be an ideal time during the day or post-workout.  Thanks guys...

when did I say cheat meal per day...I said per week.  A cheat meal per day isnt a diet at all. HAHA.  When I said "day" I was inquiring about the time of day...whether it be early in the day, after a lifting session, after cardio, or whateve....
