Advice: Post Cycle Feel Like Crap

I went to an anti-aging doc and got a script for testim and GH at 2 IU 5 days a week. (Back before they took it off the market...)
I took this with a prohormone - felt like a kid again and gained 8 good pounds in the 7 months I was on.

Problem is three months after going off I weigh less than before I started and have aches and pains and joint problems I never had before.
Still taking the Testim and the Creatine/Glutamine along with all sorts of MSM/Glucosamine/Cissus/DMSO...

I had never done any sort of AAS before and am in my mid thirties. Any advice would be appreciated.

What is Testim, what country you in?

You prolly trained hard, beat up the old joints, then unmasked pain when the antiimflamitory effects of
steroid went goodbye.

6 weeks and I feel normal again. Im 46, and VERY beat up from decades of Const work.

Were you on Deca? This is very common for a hard trainer come off deca.
But even test water retention will do it a bit.

Consider staying on? You been off 3 months?
DONT USE PROHORMONES - PERIOD!

Depends on the person & their reaction to it. I've never noticed a huge crash though when coming off cycle.

Did you do any kinda PCT to restart your hormonal system??
A proper PCT will have your system running in a few weeks if you don't it can take months.
Even if the dosages you took where mild you where on for 7 months which is a very long time.
Your hormonal system will definitely be out of wack.
If you can get some Kessars take that if not, take some legal anti estrogen's and testerone boosters to get your system going again.

Good point in PP's post right above.
 7 months even at 250mg shuts down same as about 500-750mg IME.
That why I say go for the gusto!  ;)

Clomid and nolva is easy to get. If I still felt that crapy, Id do clomid at 50-100mg ed for 10-14 days.
Then 20mg of Nolva for 2 weeks.

I crashed real misserble & hard 1st time. Took about 4 weeks to feel half/assed. About 6 to feel good.

I recently just dumped being on for 1+yr w/ no PCT.
Simply tapperd down to 200mg ew for a month. No big deal for me.

I don't know if you would consider what you did a "cycle" but to jump start your natural test (if it was suppressed by Testim?)  You have to do post cycle therapy....This would include HCG  ( a miracle drug) to jumpstart your nuts, and clomid to run concurrently and after finished with the HCG....The HRT clinics should be able to explain all of this to you.  I don't know your age but a cycle of Test and Deca with a nice post cycle when you come off should relieve joint aches and make you feel like a million bucks!!  I am a big fan of post cycling and have only "crashed" when I failed to do the post cycle therapy.  PCT also helps tremendously with keeping your gains and reduces the catabolic effect of coming off AAS....

you'll get over it in a few weeks, just part of the game, in all seriousness PUSH YOURSELF AND GET ANGRY, stop feeling sorry for yourself and force yourself to get in the gym and train anyway, load the bar and squat, bench and deadlift and those hormones will start coming back to normal, the worst thing you can do is come home from work and just sit and watch TV and feel sorry for yourself, coming off sucks but it's part of the deal.

Yeah I did that - back on creatine/glutamine up the protein - Squat / BEnch / Deadlift - eat big.

BUt the squats and deadlifts were hurting my hip and leg so bad I had to quit - going to PT now hoping to work it out.

Still working out hard just trying to do things that dont cause days of grief and sleepless nights.

Sucks. Thanks for all your advice.
