So i have read good things about oral IGF-1, but for all i know those "reviews" were written by the same guys who sell it. So is anyone here tried or heard of someone take it and with what results. I just got a months worth myself and I'm going to try it, but I'd like to know what (if anything) to expect.

IGF-1 will only work good combined with HGH and a normal stack of anabolics.

That's not true, you don't have to do GH with IGF, in fact thats pretty stupid.

IGF-1 cannot be administered orally effectively.  It could, if for some reason the manufacturer desired, be produced into an aerosol and inhaled, but you cannot take it orally.  The stuff they sell in oral spray form is generally mixxed with alcohol in hopes to help it absorb into the mouth, but it just doesn't happen.  If you have taken IGF before and tried the sprays I'm sure you can tell it doesn't work.  Just take a little extra and if you don't get hypo and have a headache it isn't working.

As far as taking IGF with and without  HGH goes, you can but don't have to.

I've only heard the Long IGF-1 is effective.  The short acting regular IGF just does not last long enough in the body to help to the same degree as the long.  And I doubt there is an oral form at the moment.

oral is a scam....its got to be injecable, weather or not the injecable is real or just expensive hcg is another thing

Test it with a home preganancy tester. Same with HGH thats suspect.

Paul had that one down decades ago too. He shure knew some stuff for all the BS these jerks spit at him.
