Okay, I hate fruits and veggies. I do. But I don't want to die young of ass cancer, and I want to have healthy digestion.
I love baked beans. They don't give me gas, and I can eat them for days.
if I just eat beans 3 or 4 times a day with most meals, and take my vitamins (C, E, Bs, and multi), and have maybe 1-2 cups of juice per day...
do I really NEED fruits and veggies?
