Does the UFC own WEC?

I saw Big John reffing a fight the other night and also saw Rogan announce that Pulver was going to do great things over there. Does Zuffa own them both or something?

Yes they do, they bought them out almost a year ago, at about the same time they bought out WFA.  Ive seen Big John ref in other org's though that weren't affiliated with the UFC, but, not lately though.
