I actually was impressed at the different feeling I got in my chest with these, going to do them again next week.

Used them on bench......my back is still sore, but 1000000000X's better than Tues. Just a little tweak, it'll be alright


I'm thinking of trying the chains for squats and deads too.

Guy that brought them in is a "natural" powerlifter, his pics are on the shake counter, next time your in take a look, anyways he said I could use them whenever...........so I'm going to be chaining it up for a few weeks

This guy brought them in and I've never tried them but have wanted to, so I took advantage of his chained up bar today.

Nope not mine......this dude is about 6'6"-6'8" tall and about 330-350lbs. I watched him do reps with 495 on the bar and dump it one time....... now he uses collars. Guys a fucking beast......does shotputting or some Olympic shit.
