does anyboyd have any experience using a tread climber cardio machine from bow flex? in interested in how effective it is

We had one at my gym for a little while. I really enjoyed it. You could burn 500 calories in half an hour fairly easily. It was great until all the fat chicks flocked to it and broke the machine.

4 of them at my gym and they are fairly popular. I think its okay but I get the same effect from putting the treadmill on an incline. It doesnt go past a quick walk speed so dont count on running on one.
