Pro's when they started out

this has been bugging me for a while now.. (it may be stupid but i need an answer)..
ok, most of the pro's out there when they started lifting they looked like complete shit. 130 pounds or so....
how in the world did they continue to keep adding muscle year after year to look like they do know, i'm not stupid i know they all use huge amounts of drugs, but did they use everyday since the started lifting weights, and when they stop lifting or stop using they dont go back to looking 130 pounds or so...
do they just add more and more drugs every year to gain more muscle, and when they stop they look like the average person...

Well, most of the before pictures are when they are like 15 years old...In their early 20ies they pretty much got all the size and increase some pounds (2-5) each year after that.

Most pros don't start juicing till about 20 or so (some earlier though). And most pros have good genetics, e.g they weigh more than 130lbs at the start and are relative "easy gainers". And yes as time goes on, the doses get bigger. But for the most part, most pros have a decent base to work with and respond well to training and diet as a teen or young person.
No doubt about it...
