I jumped on the Waxy Maize bandwagon over this past summer.
I took it by itself and was very pleased with the results.
Research lead me to understand that mixing certain things – particularly aminos – slows the starch’s absorption, thereby defeating one of its greatest benefits.
Do you mix your whey with the WM and consume both together?
I was thinking of consuming WM immediately after completion of my WO.
About 20 min later drink my shake.
Then about 20-30 min after that, eat my food.
