I thought most everyone knew. I am opening a new chain of MMA gyms and the flagship will be here. It is 40,000+ sq. ft. We will have 4 to 5 locations here in Vegas then about 20 more corporate-owned gyms across the country and then we will start our franchise program. We should if everything goes with no problems be open in late Sept. or Oct. I am praying for that. Just a fraction of what we will have include: (2) 22' Boxing rings, (2) 22' Octagons, 3,500 sq. ft. mat room, 15 to 20 various size and shaped heavy bags, 3 to 5 speed bags, 3 peg boards, 18,000 to 20,000 sq. ft of functional training, group fitness area, country club style mens and womens locker rooms, physical therapy room with whirlpool and massage therapy etc, high altitude room for 2 to 4 people, 1,000+ sq. ft. pro shop with supps and MMA gear and apparel (no Tapout at all), Juice Bar/Cafe, childcare, sauna, therapy pool, and a ton more. There is a ton more stuff and the services and programs we will have available are not offered anywhere else and if so definitely not like we will be offering. I have some very big names that will be associated with the gym but cannot say yet. Not until we are about 3 months out from opening.
