How long can/ should I stay of Fat Burners??
« on: March 25, 2008, 01:19:39 PM »
I have been using fat burners for about 10 weeks, I switch just to keep shocking my system, is there a length to stay on them that won't affect me long term, if there is such side effects?

I am 6' 2" and I was 293 at beginning of year and now I am down to 283 still holding most of my muscle.
I am a grown ass man

take as much time off as you spend on. Too long on anything isn't good, besides your body adapts to what your taking making the supplement ineffective. In terms of side effects, irregular heart beats, dizzy spells/fainting are some you should look out for.

Slightly off topic: To have only dropped 10lbs in 12 weeks as a drug free trainer means you have plateaued  and upping the dose or changing brands I wouldn't recommend. I'd recommend changing your diet and reviewing your cardio program.

wow it does explain a lot, your workload is heavy.. I am sure that with some minor adjustment of your diet you will achieve your goals.. you should see a nutritionist to fine tune so the muscularity comes through faster.
