This Saturday Morning at 9:00am Marks the Beginning of a Phenomena. I (David Ellis). Once again will be having Bootcamp Classes. The Reason this is a big Deal is, I am the one who Invented Bootcamp Classes!!! There has never been another Class as effective and Challenging as My Original "Extreme Bootcamp" Class was. There is no doubt about it David you are not humble!  The truth is, David has kicked my ass many times on legs as well as taken me through many great track trainings, and what he says is actually true! If you are interested in doing what he claims, I would highly recommend showing up for boot camp tomorrow!

Thank You everyone for Coming to the First Extreme Bootcamp Class. Next Sunday, Will be even better with Twice as Many People. Plus I will Post Pictures for the Get Big Forum. Thank You, I.F.B.B. I know I sound Crazy!!! Saying I Invented Bootcamp. However, The Truth is, I did use Military Style Bootcamp Training as a Group Training Class "First". 10 years ago. I was the First, Trainer to use Bootcamp as a everyday class for Civilians. There where always Weekend warrior Classes. I have been Featured on Channel 2 "Special Assignment". Channel 11. "Good Day L.A.". Channel 5 News, Channel 13 News. Spanish T.V. & Numerous News Papers and Trade Magazines. There is Plenty of Proof!!!!! My "Extreme Bootcamp" Class Started What you See today, AND THAT IS A FACT!!!!!

I wish I did get a Nickel for every Class out there!!! I would be Rich. However, thats not my Point. I was only responding to someones disbelief, Thats all. Im actually very Flattered. That so many other people started there own Bootcamp Classes. I have'nt taught my classes in 4yrs, just letting a few interested people know I'm Back. And Yes, I Did Invent the "Internet".

I wasn't dissing your camps, I'm sure they are great. Even after you kicked my ass in the camp I still wouldn't give a rat ass if you started it 10 years ago or not. The point isn't the quality of the camp, it's you sounding like a toolbag about building them 10 years ago and feeling need to insert that in the conversation.

David always did a good job of "kicking my butt" whenever I trained with him.  Only problem was I couldn't get in to train with him often enough!!  So I'm happy to see that he's brought back his Bootcamp classes.  I've always wanted to experience for myself what he can do with this format.

And it's kind of good to know that he was the first (or at least one of the first with media coverage...since there are always people out there who want to claim they did something first).  It reassures you that a trainer doesn't always just do what everyone else is doing...it shows he has the ability to "think outside the box" (yeah, I hate using hackneyed phrases, too.  But when it fits, it fits!).

Looking forward to joining you at your bootcamp class...once I can find the time to get over there.  Just keep me posted on the dates!
