I didn't realize the extent to which I've been ingesting sources of antioxidants.
The morning whey shake gets blended with blueberries. Then, arriving at work, I brew a cup of tea with three bags, white, green and oolong. The green tea is from Salada and is fortified with one of three groupings of antioxidants which I alternate between: (1) Purple Antioxidants (grape skins and Roobious), (2) Red Antioxidants (lycopene, roobios and hibiscus) and (3) "Original" Antioxidants (vitamin C, A, E and siberian ginseng). The white tea I am using is also fortified with blueberry and pomegranite. Then there are two separate doses of green tea capusles (3,000 mg each) and also a cup of the dakest coffee possible. In addition, my first quart of water of the day I add Zingers. a blueberry/green tea drink mix. Also ginseng in capsule form and liquid extract form (panax red).
If there is any truth to the benefits of antioxidants, I'm not doing too bad.
