When is comes to eating broccoli, what has more of an inti-estrogen  effect?? is it the stem or the “bush”?.

ive read before that more fiber is found in the stem and more nutrients is found in the bushels


the anti estrogen compound is called "iNdoles"

You could also buy indole-3-carbinol.  Alot of people have started using that as part of PCT.
