Not really, my legs were better then. Hurt my back and also took a month off. Was 202 in the old pic, I think. Been keeping my diet pretty tight and having more shakes to gain some more muscle. The scale at the gym always weighs me a little heavier than the home scale so it's hard to know what my real weight is. The bf% thing annoys the shit out of me, though. It doesn't look like I'm 23%, compared to some of the guys who claim 10%. Within limits, it probably doesn't really matter that much because I'm not doing a show anytime in the next year. But I'll be on South Beach in a month and don't want to look overly plump. Just too much going on now to be dieting and doing cardio. I hate cardio, it's boring and I refuse to walk more than a mile on a treadmill unless there's a girl in front of me with a nice ass.
