I have the cocoa snaps and tropical loops{knock off of coco krispies and fruit loops ;D}.if your used to the usual taste of protein bars and shakes this fits right in.after the first bowl of each I've developed a taste for them.
you hafta make sure you really STIR it up! there is protein powder{I think :-\}
in with the cereal that if not stirred gets gummy.
I would also say that the price is good for a box.

...on a side note.yesterday when about to order more I saw that Dymatize now makes oatmeal so I ordered that to try instead.I'll let ya know how that is soon.

Fucking scam.  They added a scoop or protein powder to crappy generic brand cereals.  They used crap protein that mixes horribly.  By some vanilla isolate add a scoop to milk shake, drink then eat your corn flakes.

I agree... if you look at the ingredients there is a lot of CRAP in there...

I always just throw a scoop of protein in a bowl, with whatever kind of cereal if that is what I want post workout :)
